To be honest, our stay was curtailed by a water supply issue. We were told the water would be off for 4 hours so we found another hotel and checked out before our first night. Andrew was very helpful and sympathetic to our plight and arranged a full refund. As to the hotel itself, it was not as Grand as the name suggested. A bit run down and in need of a refurb. Staff (in particular Andrew) were excellent though.

Very happy with our stay, comfortable room and big clean bathroom. Had everything we needed in the room for our stay. Was very happy with our breakfast. The hotel was charming
