Upon arrival, we knew we would have a wait, but the lobby was FILLED with guests with extremely limited seating. Half of our group had to sit on the floor while we waited 3 hours for our room to be cleaned. Once we got into our room we found purple stains all over the carpet. One of our guests used the toilet only to find that it had previously been clogged and would no longer flush. Maintenance was quickly sent up and told us that the clog was further down the pipe and suggested that we switch rooms. We had originally booked a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed, but were down graded to a 2 double suite with a sofa bed (no refund was offered). After transferring rooms, we found ripped carpeting dirty pillow cases, used soap bars left in the shower and a shower head that leaks 😩. We ordered food to be delivered via instacart. When it was delivered, we asked the front desk if they had any paper plates we could use. They assured us they did not. We asked for extra pillows and they said they didn’t have any extra. The receptionist told us that each room is given 8 pillows. Correct, there were 8 pillows, but we had 5 guests and our room is supposed to sleep 6…. Each person would like 2 pillows, but we were given 0. This hotel was terrible! The customer service was horrible, the rooms are dirty, the pool was closed for resurfacing and we were only notified by a letter posted at the front desk. I can’t tell you how the breakfast was because we left before they started serving. 0/10!
