Staff at the front desk weren’t very courteous. Quite rude actually. We had to call two times for a baby playpen. The wait to check in was incredibly long. The breakfast was delicious. Pool area was beautiful, but big pool was WAY too cold. Our room bathroom sink didn’t drain. Super disorganized waiting for cruise ship shuttles. Free wifi was not provided even though we paid for it in our reservation.

We arrived very early after getting off a cruise ship and knew we wouldn't get rooms at that time but it wasn't till the third time going to the desk about 5 hrs after arriving that they said we should have signed up for the waitlist to get our rooms no one told us this earlier. At that point we were 63rd in line. Once we were told it was our turn to check in the girl tried to tell me the deposit I put down earlier did not go through that my card was declined I had to pay it again. I told her it was already showing on my credit card she agrued with me told me My card was declined again called the other girl over to tell me my card was declined the other girl called me by another name I told them that was not me the first girl then asked for my ID again and finally stopped trying to charge my card again never did apologize for having the wrong account pulled up.

Very well maintained and very clean … great breakfast and evening snack with drink on the house … just amazing experience. I stayed with in San Francisco also and it was pleasure… staff can little friendly but I would go back again.
