Many defective items in the room; shower hose, hairdryer. They were replaced upon our request. Amenities were scarce and we had to ask for more( shower gel and coffee capsule) Problem with the hotel accounting desk. Late cleaning of the room. A gesture was made by the management to smoothen our grievance the day before we left.
