Front desk staff was more interested in talking with other staff about their day then checking me in left the desk had to go back to ask what room to go to I told them at check-in I wanted no housekeeping the very first morning I was there made Knox walks in I'm not even dressed then on top of that one whole day of my stay I listen to a dog bark all day across the hall from my room when I approached the front desk about it the front desk employee Melissa was excellent could not ask for any better while I was discussing the dog and other issues with her the manager who I later found out was the manager came up behind her never spoke to me never apologized never anything and I have messages that he messaged me while I was in my room as if it were my fault for wanting customer service then he wanted to move my room because of the barking dog it was not my place to change rooms when I was not the problem he gave me a breakfast voucher which I declined I had to leave at 5:00 in the morning before the breakfast started he wanted to give me a dinner voucher I had dinner plans finally I told Melissa the front desk associate that I felt $50 off my room was appropriate the manager finally did that but never once did he speak with me face to face and I have messages if anyone would like me to send them to you will not stay at this property again thank you very much
