The place was beautiful , but beware of room 857 it has bedbugs we have to change rooms in the middle of the night. I never came back to that hotel.

This is our fave resort. We usually have a great time but this time wasn’t anything great. Room was dirty upon arrival and not the oceanfront we booked. Getting towels was a headache and the sheets were dirty. Manager was nice but some of the staff was unfriendly and mean when asking for help.

The check in staff was excellent. The room just wasn't clean. Murphy bed was stinky and filthy. Had not been cleaned so I ended up sharing a bed with my kid. The restaurant was out of food. The indoor pools were okay. They seemed to be understaffed in the off season. We switched hotels and are very happy we did.

Everything was 10/10, I enjoyed my weekend getaway! Loved having Starbucks apart of the hotel. Parking was great. Loved how the ice markers were on several floors beside a drink machine. The view was amazing. Staff was friendly! I will be adding this hotel to my favorite hotel list.
