Accommodation in Naoshima

Accommodation is almost unheard of in the heart of Naoshima-cho. Try to plan your visit in advance, as there is just 1 hotel within 10 kilometres.

Get in soon and secure a room at the Guest House Kikusui Ryokan. It's the only place close to the main area.

If you don't have any issues with setting up shop 18 kilometres outside of the city center, look into the suburb of Kojima. It's got 2 places available, including Washu Highland Hotel and Setouchi Kojima Hotel Kurashiki.

For some alternatives, try out the Okayama Royal Hotel and the Kurashiki Royal Art Hotel. They are 25 kilometres and 25 kilometres respectively from the center. Wotif also suggests the Hotel Granvia Okayama and the Diamond Setouchi Marine Hotel. The first is 25 kilometres away from town, while the other is 8 kilometres away.

Attractions and Hotels Near Naoshima-cho

After you've cruised Naoshima-cho for a while, explore Chugoku's other offerings. Have a squiz at the ruins, castles and old towns. You should also take in the region's beaches. Common things to do in this part of Japan include snowboarding.
