This property is ashort walk and easily accessed from T3 at Narita. The accommodation is dated but the staff take pride in presenting this building well. The buffet breakfast appears average. The rooms are quiet noisy if other guests are acting up. Simple, convenient, with the required amenities for an overnight stay.

Awful experience!
It was an awful experience. First, the room is so hot unless you open then window because the AC is not working properly. It looks like you cannot control the AC temperature in your room. 2nd, we called the front desk and ask if we can move to another room due to noise from the airport because we have to open the window to get some cold air but we were not accommodated accordingly. This is an awful experience, we were not able to sleep and rest properly because of the issues mentioned.
