This place is massive, very busy and lots of families with small kids. Ramps for handicap were mostly readily available but not easy to find first day, and the one that goes to the pools and ocean is only accessible by walking through the cigar club sitting area. Only a few doors had the handicap button to open the door for you. Not many of the restaurants took cash, be prepared to bill to your room or pay by credit card for everything at the resort. Other than that rooms were great and staff was wonderful.

Great amenities, clean resort, lots of things to do , staff could be much friendlier, Resort is extremely cold , and very overpriced- by a lot. They want to charge you $50 per day for a fridge in the room. Are you for real? That’s ridiculous. For example 3 pizzas and some sodas cost us $130.

Prices are quite high for the quality. I would expect better quality and service for the prices. Staff was generally disinterested and annoyed to be there. The fine dining restaurants are pretty good, but that was the highlight. Casino staff was great. Even the putt putt golf was $25 /person. On site amenities were expensive for even those staying there. Will not be returning to Baha Mar.

Beautiful property on an amazing beach. Lots to do and see. Apart from the high cost of meals, the quality is supremely mediocre. Maybe one step up frim Aramark. Staff was not overly helpful or friendly, not what i would expect of a 4 or 5 star resort. Felt like we were nickel and dimed at every turn, kind of scammy. Taxi was $35 for 8 mile trip and only $25 to return?? Still had a nice time but lots of room for imprivement.

The location is beautiful, but at night it can be very loud and the customer service is a bit less than average. We asked for some stuff from the front desk and it never arrived. Everything is super expensive so be prepared to pay a bunch for food. Good thing is the rooms are great and clean.
