Excellent location on brownstone-lined Court street, a couple of blocks from pizza at Sally's and Pepe's and Italian pastries at Lucibello's on Grand, or Libby's on Wooster St., and 10 min walk to downtown, Yale & museums. The Unit is newly renovated, spa-like bathroom, 70 inch smart TV, and comfortable!
