The carpets in the hallway (7th floor) were pretty stained. The mattresses in our room were very, very firm. Hair dryer didnt work. And sink didnt drain very well....very slow. The staff was extremely friendly and nice!

Nice and good location. New Orleans just needs to get it together. It used to feel like a safe city, at least in the tourist areas. Now it’s sketchy just walking to the hotel
