Awful. Staying at this hotel ruined my trip. From the hotel door which did not lock to the fact that they had a cooler in the room that looked like a fridge but wasn’t. So all the food I put in it spoiled. Just a terrible experience.

This is an amazing property. The team members were awesome… helpful friendliest accommodating quick to respond… extra kudos to Jatti (sp?) @ front desk for being so helpful to our family & to Abby who worked the breakfast bar!! Everyone and everything at this hotel was GREAT!!!

First room we got too reeked of cigarettes! And when we booked (a while ago) we booked a king. The room was a queen. We informed the front desk and was moved rooms. The new room was smaller but didn’t smell. We inquired about the king bed we booked and staff stated that due to a system error of over booking king beds they don’t have anymore.
