I normally don't leave bad review for anything, but this time I have to write an honest review. If you would like a quiet night sleep, then this hotel isn't a good choice.
Upon checking in, I was assigned to room #105, which is located on the first floor adjacent to the lobby (the only room on the first floor). Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a persistent and disruptive noise issue throughout the night. We understand the late people check in, and kept quiet till 12:40am.
The primary source of the disturbance was one of your employees who engaged in very loud conversations in the lobby area.
Despite my attempts to address the matter with the employee directly, the noise persisted, we were unable to get a good night's sleep, and my son didn't play well the next day. (We were in a soccer tournament). The lack of sound insulation or any apparent efforts to mitigate the noise made the situation particularly frustrating.
