Hotel in Downtown BK
Rooms were comfy enough, if a bit noisy from the traffic below. Staff was hit or miss... Some amazing, some indifferent. The resort/facilities fee seemed ridiculous. It is disingenuous to claim that it somehow covers amenities, when 1) the amenities were pretty slim, and 2) everything offered always used to be considered part of the standard price of the hotel (access to gym, etc). Combine that with the fact that you have to request housekeeping services a day in advance, and it all starts to feel like a very low value for money proposition. Location-wise, it's fine, but you'll have to walk 10 min to reach any cluster of stores or restaurants.

I love the location and every employee that I dealt with was great. ALEX from the front desk was absolutely amazing. He took great care of everything I asked for and did a great job of easing the nerves of a tired mom checking in with 2 teenage boys going on their first out of state College Tour. When checking out Matthew was also great. I will definitely be booking another stay soon.
