We arrived early. Our room was not ready but we obtained our parking pass so we could tour around the falls. Friendly reception. And cleaning staff. There was a free continental breakfast which was great though it's not advertised. Hot tub and pool we're also available

Great location, close to Clifton Hill and in walking distance to the falls. However, the rooms are equipped with old A/Cs and I assume not maintained properly, as the air smelled bad. The windows don't open and it was really difficult to adjust to the stale, smelly air. It was rather claustrophobic. Other than that, it was decent for the price.

The property is ideally located to see the sights of Niagara Falls. I could not ask for better at that price. Free breakfast was a bonus I had not counted on. Pool and hot tub were good as well as the Sauna. My only complaint would be that the tissue in the room was single ply NOT SOFT tissue. This could be upgraded.
