Quick/Last minute date night with the hubby. Check in was super smooth, it was a saturday night so $20 parking and close so super convenient. Hotels within walking distant to pretty much everything and a 2 minute drive to the fallsview ($8 taxi if unable to walk or too cold). So be mindful if you have a balcony room, that there is some noise from the street! The facility was clean, some upgraded fraudulently which is nice. Staff is very friendly and made you feel very welcome! Honestly, it was a overall great stay and experience. Will likely be back!

My husband & I stayed here for my Birthday weekend in February with 4 of our friends. We were planning on staying 2 nights but on the second day, I got called home , as my mother's health was failing. (She actually passed away late that evening) After explaining to the ladies at the front desk that we were checking out, they said we would not be charged for our second night. Which was very kind. But just to discover a couple days later that they charged us for both nights. Very disappointed !!!
