We had a good stay, only thing is we didn’t like that the shuttle services don’t take you to animal kingdom. Also, the rooms are about old our floors were a bit cracked in the middle.

The room is incredibly nice and the staff is super helpful. There’s some construction going on so if you’re trying to nap during the day that may be difficult. They also have all these other charges and that’s kind of dumb

This is a great place to stay with kids! Wish we were told about the waterpark being down for maintenance when we booked. The pools are heated which is great but the splash park wasn’t (also a let down).

Pros: My husband and two boys (1 birthday boy) stayed here from Feb. 3 - 6th, and they had a blast. When we came from a very early airport flight around 8AM, the front desk mgr. /other employees were working diligently to get us in a room very early. They even took all of our luggage so we could just roam around freely until our room was cleaned. The beds were the best, which is the reason why I love Holiday Day Inn Express Suites stays. We slept the whole first day /night away because we couldn’t get out from those fabulous covers and comfy bed. My son’s loved the pool area and the pizza for sure. Cons: I was disappointed that the jacuzzi area had to close at 9PM. Most places I’ve been to they are opened until 11PM. They can have more movies playing daily than just kids movies from years ago. They need more updated movies up to like 2 years prior to the new box office movies. Also, they should have kid’s movie hour at 6pm and then adult movies (mix of horror, comedy, romance, thriller daily) at 8:30-9PM. Lastly, they definitely need more seats in the waiting area due to large groups waiting to check in all the time, and when they room isn’t ready everyone is just standing around blocking up the whole lobby area.
