Great hotel, lovely staff, but not once in 9 days did they come to change towels, refill toilet paper or do any kind of room service, it is a high price we paid for hotel service charge $33 per day excluding the room price which is also expensive, to not receive any kind of room service, we had to take out our trash everyday carry it to the binster on other floor, and also paper thin walls, we had baby crying throughout the night,we made complaint but not much happened, other than that, it was lovely as always

The room was not clean. We had to go get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The couch was dirty.

We stayed there with our family. The resort has three different pools. All very nice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Every request we had was promtly addressed. The place looks good and you can see people working permanently either cleaning or maintaining it. I wish i could single out a single person but all of them were great. We are definitely going back.

Great stay. Of course they pitched me on the timeshare option. As soon as I told them I was not interested, they backed off and let me enjoy my stay which I appreciated.
