It’s a great resort. Has everything. Couldn’t ask for more during stay. A safe and secure property with lot of lighting.

Water park is NOT included in the price. Extra $25 per person PER DAY to use the water park. It is a time share property and they will call and text you several times a day, everyday asking you to do a 90 minute presentation. Bathroom doors aren’t doors, they are the slide outs that don’t completely close, so not ideal for privacy. Otherwise, very clean and beautiful property, staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Rooms were nice. Lots of noise outside until 2-3am. They try to get you to go to timeshare breakfast as soon as you arrive.

Our room was incredibly dirty, it actually smelled like a wet dog and had dried snot all over the bathroom walls. The sheets had dried blood. We requested another room from the front and were told someone would come by to check, no one came until the next day and just dropped off a bag of towels.

It’s not a bad place to stay and food is just a couple minutes walk, but we booked this place because of the water park and never got to use it because they don’t stick to their schedule. They close it down when they want to.

Used To Be So Much Better
I chose this location just for the huge jetted hot tub. Too bad it didn’t work. Turned on the tub, hair and dust filled it from the jets that weren’t cleaned. Hair in the shower. A/C didn’t work (they came and fixed it) Wi-Fi was super lousy. Couldn’t sleep past 8am because the workers were so loud. Stayed in bldg PP right near their morning bus pickup. Besides that, the amenities and activities are amazing. I hope you have better luck than me.

Visited here in February, stayed as a guest for 2 weeks. We got a coumplimentary upgrade at check-in which was a good surprise! We had an amazing suite, with all the needed amenities for daily living. Very clean, recently renovated. Access to laundry, easy parking, quiet. Great modern gym. The 14 pools around the property are all heated, close distance to Disney, a Walmart within 5 mins drive. Overall a great stay, and we would visit again.

The coffee shops were ideal. Lobby was beautiful and offered kiosks with knowledgeable staff on parks. Our room was very small, far from everything and it took a while to get golf cart service.
