Apartment / hotel was located in a primarily residential area away from the hustle & bussle of the more touristy areas. Tons of local eateries & pubs on nearby Bank Street. Check in & check out was different than traditional hotels, staff was quite helpful during this process. On site parking was convenient & cheaper ($20 / day) than other downtown locations.

Facial tissue and bathroom tissue very poor quality considering you claim to have high amenities for bathroom. Hand cream tube looked already used. We did have to make our own ice when we got there (not big deal). Excellent variety of lounge or working space on main level...very comfortable. So nice to have the sound machine for sleep.
