I stayed here for the Tour de Palm Springs. It’s a great spot out of the city a bit to ride to the start and away from the crowd. Nothing fancy but clean, fairly inexpensive, and there’s a jacuzzi.

Find more customer friendly hotel
We booked a premium room, one king bed with mountain view. Upon arriving the hotel at noon. we asked if we could possible check in early because we had perishable items in our car. The hotel receptionist informed us that an earlier check in would be an additional charge of 25 dollars. On the rare occasions that I have arrived previous hotels before 3 p.m. I was either told yes I could check in earlier, or no, I would have to wait until the 3p.m. check in time. I have never been charged an additional fee. But I agreed to this and when the receptionist handed me the key I asked to make sure that it was indeed a room with a mountain view. I was then told that the only rooms with mountain views were the rooms with 2 queen size beds at an additional fee of 10 dollars plus tax. Not sure if this misinformation was the fault of Hotels.com or the hotel its self. In any event the hotel was ok. The pool area is very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. I think that the management should rethink the 25 dollar extra early check in fee. I could understand it if I was trying to check in at 6 am. I would advise others to find a more customer friendly hotel. There are many other hotels to choose from in Palm Springs. that do not gouge you at the check in.

No hot water or heat from the heater in the first room given to us……during check in I mentioned that we have stayed here before and came back because I liked the floor to ceiling windows…..the room we got did not have the floor to ceiling window. She moved us to another room which had the floor to ceiling window I liked and hot water- but the heater did not blow hot air….she brought us a portable heater . It was past 11pm and I didn’t want to move to another room so we stayed with the portable heater.

Room was very clean! Spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Dated bathroom but clean. Thin sheet on the bed and nothing else....could use a blanket or a comforter. Nothing around there for food so you will have to drive for groceries and restaurants. Old and dated lighting for makeup purposes in the bathroom. Not so great water pressure in the shower :-(
