Perfect location
This hotel is in the Latin quarter and is the perfect location in Paris. The metro is close to the hotel and there are many cafes around the area. The Louvre, Cluny , Muse de Orsay and Notre Dame is very close to the hotel. The front staff were friendly and helpful and the house keeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room.

I recently had the pleasure of returning to Hotel Royal Saint Michel for my second visit, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hospitality extended by the staff was nothing short of amazing, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Situated in a fantastic part of town, the hotel boasts a prime location with numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. This convenience allowed me to explore and indulge in the culinary delights of the area without any hassle. As for the accommodation itself, I found my room to be absolutely lovely. It was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and provided a serene atmosphere that allowed for a truly restful stay. Despite being centrally located, the room was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, my experience at Hotel Royal Saint Michel was nothing short of exceptional, and I would eagerly choose to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Paris.

The first thing the cranky man at the front desk, said in English was "you don't get free breakfast, you didn't pay for it" --we never inquired about breakfast because we usually don't stop for it The elevator was the size of a coffin & we got stuck in the elevator--terrifying! (the staff did carry our bags up) We never tried it again but it is basically a walk up. The toilet broke & we were without a toilet for a day & a half. We had trouble with the heat & froze on 2 nights The room was so small, no where to put anything & was so so dark! When you look at the pictures & then see the reality you will be more than disappointed--Don't stay there!
