One of the best hotel customer service I've enjoyed in Perth, and I've stayed at some of the 5* hotels thanks to work. Jean and Becky who checked us in were warm, helpful and friendly, and Jean added a lovely personal welcome to my room as I was on a staycation with my daughter. Everyone on staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only thing I should add for those who might not be familiar with the area if you're not from Perth, the hotel is directly across the road from 2 strip bars so if you're travelling with little ones, might want to take note, and might want to call it an early night after dinner. That said, lots of great dining options and walking distance to the shopping strip too

I travelled for work and didn't spend much time in the actual hotel but the room was clean and comfortable.

Modern and stylish. Great location for city sight seeing. Staff were polite and helpful. Food was very good. Pool fantastic. Definitely revisit when in Perth.

I really appreciated the early check-in and assistance with logging into hotel wifi while I waited for the room. The room is really well appointed and lovely decor. Very comfortable bed. Wish I could stay longer.

We ended up in a room that had a joining door to the room next door. We were not informed of this at check in. Unfortunately we had very inconsiderate neighbours who despite being spoken to by security twice kept us up half the night. Nice hotel, very central location and great staff but avoid the rooms with adjoining doors if able. I feel if we were in a different room that type of noise would not have bothered us.
