If you’re a fan of “college dorm lifestyle living, while on vacation” than, this is the place for you. The colors were calming throughout the public areas, although they did not continue in the tiny, overpriced rooms!
Far from affordable! It appears that when this hotel was built, they choose to spend the most money in the expansive areas in the entrance/ welcome area and gym areas. The pool size was a disappointment …more like a backyard lap pool in a tiny subdivision than a luxury hotel, which one would expect.
There were no amenities that lived up to the cost per night. Felt like we were in an extremely minimalistic, tiny dorm room. There were no closets, no dresser, no drawers. Price was way too high for the tiny room. Mattress was not “set” in bed frame. A/C was loud, kept resetting throughout the night. Outside traffic noise made us glad we had earplugs!
When receptionist were asked how much the rooms would have cost if booked directly, neither one of the women at the desk could tell us…instead they didn’t even attempt to look and just wanted to promote Hilton’s promotion plans, instead.
Will not refer anyone to this property, NOR will there be a second visit to this property.
