Large family house on top of the hill with panoramic views across the ocean and North Brother mountain to the South. Sleep up to 9 guests.
Spacious home, with living, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas on top floor. All bedrooms on lower floor. Free WIFI, smart TVs, aircon in all rooms (ducted), ceiling fans in bedrooms. All rooms with built in robes.
Five to 10 minutes walk to local Watonga Street cafes, restaurants and gourmet shops. Six minutes drive to downtown Port Macquarie.

LAYOUT
Upstairs has double garage and hallway/entry way that leads to open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with mesmerising ocean views. A seperate TV room leads to a spacious outdoor entertainment deck overlooking the tropical garden.
Downstairs are all bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a large covered front deck that opens up to the street.

AIRCON
The whole house is air conditioned and each bedroom has its own temperature control which can be set from the main control at the top of the stairs.

GARDEN
An extensive tropical oasis can be found in the back, several walking path meander through the lush gardens.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Port Macquarie is all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally fresh food. A short walk down hill via secret steps takes you to Lighthouse beach where kids and dogs can roam free and it's great surf breaks. Tacking point lighthouse is 5-10 minutes walk. Watonga street cafe's, restaurants, gourmet local shops including butchery, bakery & patisserie, newsagent and bottle shop are 7 minutes walk; you will find a array of restaurants to choose from including Italian, Australian cuisine, and Chinese.


OTHER
Property not suitable to young adult groups, schoolies, student groups, large loud adult groups, hens or bucks parties. Minimum age requirement is 27 years of age. We mostly cater to (multiple) families. A strict no-party policy applies, keep our neighbours happy.
