The staff at check in were great, asked where to park. The staff told us around the back or side of the building. We got to our room, the heater was cranked up.... I am talking probably 90 degrees when we entered. Our comforter was FILTHY! It had what looked like pubic hair on it, dirt, dust, lint. Disgusting, we used just a sheet to sleep and threw the comforter on the floor. Upon checking out the assistant manager told me they charge for parking. I informed him that the listing states parking is included and there was no mention of paying to park when we checked in. As he argued with me saying "our staff are trained to inform you of this, I am running your card now." He just up and ran my card on file for deposit and handed me a receipt as I was trying to dispute the charge. My husband called to speak with the general manager and this guy kept saying "I am the manager, give me your info." It was like pulling teeth to figure out how to contact this guy's boss. I contacted Expedia, they confirmed parking is included and gave me reward points to account for the parking fees charged. We had stayed here 2 years ago and had no issues, but it has really gone downhill since. There are many nice places to stay in the downtown area and will be booking elsewhere next time. Don't waste your time and money at this hotel, I've had better stays and service at a Motel 6.
