Nous avons adoré notre repas au ciel er l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour partir à pied découvrir le vieux Quebec! Notre chambre était très bien avec une belle vue de sur la ville! Par contre nous étions 4 et la chambre avait été montée pour 2 donc il manquait serviettes verres tasse café Etc Le service de valet parking a aussi été très apprécié car j’étais avec des personnes âgées qui ne pouvaient marcher! Les deux points de désagréments ont été une problématique avec les asenceurs. Seulement 4 pour un si gros hôtel de 26 étages dont ils sont toujours plein quand vient le temps d’embarquer! On a dû attendre 15-20 min avec nos valises pour le faire le Check out! L’autre point est que c’était assez bruyant dans les corridors la nuit ce qui a coupé souvent notre sommeil! Mais il y avait peut été plus de jeunes à cause du début du carnaval

Our room was rough and dirty. Headboard cushion of the bed had significant wear and tear, blood found on the comforters, stains and makeup spatter on the large decorative mirror. In room HVAC unit was noticeablly damaged and falling apart. Hallway walls scuffed and very rough looking. But check in was pleasant and staff were extremely nice.

Great stay
Yes, it's true the rooms are outdated, but it was close to everything, cheap and comfy. Also the staff is friendly and the restaurant Ciel is a good experience, but you should reserve in advance.
