The rooms were very clean, receptionist was new but doing a great job! Breakfast wasn't fancy but a nice selection. Ceiling in the room was peeling a bit like it could use a little maintenance and there were cigarette butts in the hallways for some reason but that was the only little issues we noticed otherwise we were very happy!

The water slide was the best part of this hotel. This place did not feel safe, we almost left. There was strange behavior of individuals in the back lot. They seemed to be loitering, but not sure. There was a man walking outside the building specifically outside the pool windows, staring inside the pool area for over an hour, as he paced back and fourth with a black hoodie over his head. He at one point stopped and stared at us watching him, then ran away into a car, continuing to stare at us as he drove away. It was bizarre. The staff was nice for the most part. The building stank of stale cigarettes, it was gross. I did not enjoy my toddler breathing that in. We will not be back.

Very nice property and the two girls, in the evening, behind the desk were very friendly. The young man behind the desk in the morning must of been having a bad day because he was not very friendly. He made a mess by the coffee pots and never even attempted to clean it up.

Disappointed. Stayed several times at this hotel
Nothing I hate more than being charged a resort fee and then they don't clean your room. I got a text daily stating that they will only clean my room every three days. I needed to lay the garbage and towels outside my room for removal. Plus if I needed more towels I need to go to front desk. I stayed four days and not once did they clean room. Also the chair was all ripped and right next to the chair there was a bunch of glitter that has been there awhile
