Oasis of privacy, tranquility, nature, and proximity to the sea.
Villa Ana is a two bedroom holiday home, situated on a hill just 3 km from the sea. In a large private garden (8000 m2) filled with olive trees, grapes and fruits, there is a private pool. Only a few steps from the house entrance, there is an outside dining area, a charcoal grill, and the sun beds around the pool.

There are two bedrooms with new comfortable beds. The bedroom windows overlook the peaceful nature. The living room and dining room are spacious and well equipped.

The garden and the playground are safe for children.
Warm summer evenings are perfect for a romantic atmosphere with a glass of good wine, while in the company of crickets and the scent of Mediterranean herbs.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen vor Ort. Wir hatten dabei täglich Kontakt zum sehr netten und engagierten Vermieter. Gleich bei unserer Ankunft stand zur Begrüßung ein selbstgemachter Kuchen und kalte Getränke bereit. Unsere Kinder konnten sich im Pool und dem riesigen Garten mit zahlreichen Obst und Olivenbäumen so richtig austoben. Auch die Tierwelt ist eine positive Erwähnung wert. Hier gibt es eine Vielfalt die man nicht mehr gewöhnt ist. Von zahlreichen Bienen, Rosenkäfern, Eidechsen bis hin zu Tausendfüßlern und Wiedehopf. Nachts können Fledermäuse beobachtet und der Gesang der Nachtigall bewundert werden. Durch diese Artenvielfalt gab es erfreulich wenig Stechmücken. Die Strände in der Nähe sind durch die extrem zugewachsen Wege zu Fuß leider nicht erreichbar. Aber wer 15 -20 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto in Kauf nimmt erreicht wunderschöne Buchten abseits des Massentourismus. Hier stehen die Vermieter mit tollen Ausflugszielen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Haus jedem der naturnah wohnen möchte und nichts dagegen hat aufs Auto angewiesen zu sein sehr empfehlen.

Erholung pur einfach schön
Es waren sehr erholsame Tage. Der Pool war klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Haben tolle Tips bekommen. Der Garten ist riesig. Das Haus top. Rund um ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Werden bestimmt dies wiederholen.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house and pool were great and we had a good rest. Great beaches were within a short drive. We were very warmly welcomed and the homemade pastries from Ingrid and the wine were a real surprise. This area v. Istria we must see again. Thanks for everything

Very nice and friendly hosts as well as neighbors. The host give you very good guidance for visits like beaches and guided city tours.The pool makes a relaxed stay especially with kids. Further a couple of nice beaches can be reached quite fast by car (app. 15-30 min.).

Ruhig und schön - alles vorhanden für Urlaub/Erholung
Es war sehr schön, erholsam, ruhig, genau richtig!, So hatten wir uns das vorgestellt! Ein paar Tage Durchschnaufen und Ruhe genießen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet, nette Vermieter und einfach rundum gelungen und schön. Auch wenn wir nicht mit Kindern dort waren, Schaukel, Bälle, sehr kinderfreundlich, großer Garten - einfach nur schön, wenn nur die lange Anreise nicht wäre mit den vielen Staus. Nächstes Mal ein paar Tage länger.

Das Haus war abseits gelegen, so dass man die totale Ruhe genießen konnte. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Der Pool wurde während des Aufenthalts mehrmals gesäubert. Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, gerne jederzeit wieder!
