The staff were courteous. The hotel itself was luxurious and clean, with a bar and dining area. The environment was peaceful and it was positioned in a quaint port area on the esplanade with local restaurants, bars and boutique shopping facilities close by.

We booked a room with two beds. When we went to check in we were told there were no two bedroom rooms available so one of us had to sleep on a rollaway cot and we were not offered a discount even though the room was more expensive than a single bed room. Very disappointed.
