Do not trust the “ 8/10 cleanliness “
RUN. I have been bamboozled. Do not book here. Not worth the money, for 10-20 more you can stay at a better updated hotel. I felt like I stayed at retirement home. Super outdated, dirty, everything is worn out. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me when checking in because there was no one at the front desk. Breakfast was mediocre, though eatable. Homeless people walking around the hotel with bikes and bags.
Everything is old. Picture doesn’t show how worn out everything is.
The bed felt like I was at the hospital.

Visited LionsGate Hotel in person the day before booking to verify 1hr early check-in. Staff was very courteous, professional & ensured me my needs were taken care of. Checked in on 2/13/24 w/ hotel staff Angelique & as promised , room was ready 1hr per my request! Very helpful, polite, professional & happy young lady that helped me! All staff from checkin, housekeeping and dining dept. were terrific & allowed me to have a great stay! Very clean , comfy room and very good breakfast!! I give LionsGate staff & hotel an overall (5)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for hospitality & service ! I 100% recommend staying @ this hotel when in Sacramento☺️!!

Very outdated need lots of up keep especially the hallways. The breakfast was good, rooms are okay. When i book the room i was looking for a hotel sloser to the event i was attending and i find out this was almost 20 minutes away.
