After staying at this NEW hotel, one would think it's being kept clean every day. Well, I shared some specific details about the lack of cleanliness in the common areas, and in my room over the past 3 stays at this hotel. *I've stayed here 6 times since the hotel opened in August 2023.
The manager actually told me I should stay at another hotel, he specifically told me to stay at the Yucaipa Motel instead. What kind of manager tells a customer to stay elsewhere? A bad manager does that, because he thinks staff "morale" is more important than a customer complaint about cleanliness.
In early February, My room had blood on the shower curtain, dog hair on the carpeting, someone else's finger nail clippings on the floor, human or dog pee on the bathroom floor, and the lobby floors and elevator floors were filthy for several days in a row.
The staff is very friendly, cordial and helpful. I have no complaints about the staff, in fact they provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I brought my concerns to staff, and Natalie immediately took steps to clean where it was dirty. Seriously though, this location needs a new manager because the one there now is awful and was condescending to me after I've spent thousands staying here!
