Nice attentive Staff. Spacious rooms . Sprawling resort. Not your Massive hotel chain resort , but it was great. Like staying in a 1980's style central American hotel. Now if only they soundproofed hotel bedroom DOORS and a corridor rolling carpet ,it would be excellent.

Anything that could go wrong went wrong…
I was very disappointed. The reason I booked this hotel was because of the sauna and it was not working. The food in the restaurant was extremely overpriced, and not very good. I went to take a shower since I couldn’t go in the sauna and when I stepped out to get the shampoo, the floor was flooded with water and I slipped and hurt my knee and back pulled. My iPad was dead so I decided to watch TV and the volume in the tv was completely staticky so I couldn’t watch TV neither. I received a $10 complementary on food and it wasn’t deducted from my bill. All in all, I had a horrible experience and it was my birthday and everything went wrong. We couldn’t even get the window to close……. I wish I would’ve got my money…. The staff was very friendly and kind, the public bathroom were very clean at all times, the waitress and waiters were very professional.
