We booked a room and messaged the property we would be arriving late. We arrived just after midnight upon our arrival we were initially told we did t have a room. Then they gave us a room when we went in there was someone staying in the room. We were then told no room again. Eventually we were sent to another hotel which was much older and not even close to the same as our initial booking. This all took over an hour so it was closer to 2 am by the time we got in a room. This room was not great but we were just happy to have a place at that point. I’m not a bad review person this will be the 2nd bad review in 30 years. This was unacceptable they had no idea who they gave our room to and we were not the only couple that had this issue last night!

Location was good and staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Unfortunately the walls are unbelievably thin and you can hear everything, even normal conversation. The doors slam shut really loud so you know when people are coming and going. You can hear your neighbors opening/closing their blinds. First 2 nights were so loud, people returning at 3am playing loud music and screaming. When we asked the front desk to move us to a different room the last night they told us to cancel our last night and re-book at a different hotel.
