Waited over an hour for room service - salad & pasta. No one answered phone despite repeated attempts so went to find out what was happening. Promised that good was ready - waited another 25 minutes in room & still nothing so went down again . Manager Barbara N assured me that I would be refunded for food after waiting almost 2 hours & room fee would also be refunded - obviously neither happened . Great way to prepare for a 12 hour flight . This hotel is a disgrace
