Extremely overpriced. The Chinese New Year music playing in the lobby can be heard inside the rooms. The Check-in line at 5PM on a Friday was 30 minutes long. If it's peak time, they need to dedicate more staff. I don't know why I needed to provide my email and phone again after providing during the booking. The check-out line at 11AM the next day was as painful. For the price, you can find a better experience somewhere else.

This stay was disappointing. Previous experiences were much better. Booked the skyline suite where website indicated upper levels of the hotel. Staff at check-in gave us room 621 which is on level 6, the second lowest level of hotel rooms. Staff insisted that this is a better suite but I don't see it as any better from the photos i see on the website. The 'skyline' view was the swimming pool. Breakfast was at level 38 and variety was bad. Barely any hot food like noodles for the kids. Was told that food is more premium but I dont see how premium the food offering was. Should have chosen level 3 for breakfast. Asked for children's amenities like toothbrush and bathroom slippers but was given only a kodomo shower set. Only saving grace was they allowed a late check-out of 1 hour.

I had a one day layover in Singapore and decided to stay at The Pan Pacific. I stayed in Marina Bay View room. This hotel facility was by far one of the best I have ever been. Super friendly Reception Staff, porter, the room had all the necessary amenities, it was clean. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I am back in Singapore.
