Heat wouldnt moderate temp. So either had to freeze or overheat. The shower didnt work properly. The bath filled up while showering. Key did not work 4 times on a 3 day visit. No parking for paying customers when restaurant open. Had to park on the street and it was pouring out. My room service came completely soaked unedible and was told the kitchen closed and wouldn't be charged, yet I was charged. I did tell the clerks nicely about these issues and they just gave a excuse. Then to top it off i am still waiting my refund to my card. The company i work for was paying for all, yet my card was charged and the Manager stated i would get a refund. I have yet to see my refund. Will never stay at this hotel again. The HoT breakfast was undercooked or stale bread options. I would not recommend if you are looking for a nice expensive stay, overrated.
