Everything was easy. They warned us about renovation work but it never impacted our stay. The only concern I had was they mixed me up with a different person with my same name but an address in Washington rather than Alaska.

Thin walls
While the location and service were great for our trip, the thin walls were a major problem. A guy doing an early Zoom sounded like he was in our room. The guy on the other side of us having a conversation sounded like he was in our bathroom. Probably the thinnest walls of any hotel I have ever stayed at, and I won't stay there again. We had to go to Target to buy a fan to create white noise to hopefully drown out the other guests. Nobody was doing anything other than just normal stuff, but I could hear it all clearly.
