Hotel turned me and my girlfriend away at the door because I am a local to the city. Reservation was prebooked and paid for. This hotel should not receive your support as they do not support the local community they are located in.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We required a pet friendly room and had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. Their pet friendly rooms only have 2 double beds. Would be nice if hotels.com specified that on the website. We had prepaid for our room. Would have selected the cheaper 2 double bed room had we know. Everything else was good though!

Everything was excellent. Check in staff were excellent and so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the tv remote didnt work, but we also didnt say anything. Will definitely be my go to hotel in Sudbury.
