Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for ICC Theatre and Darling Harbour. Convenient to Light rail. Rooms small but clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable

Bed was terribly hard. Lifts were great, Breakfast was terrible, as everything was cold, bacon, eggs, sausage, tomatoe.

The experience was very disappointing, with the only redeeming feature being it was close to the venues we wanted to see. 1.Food services were terribly slow, waiting 1.5 hours for our dinner which was salad, pizza and soup whereby making us late to concert at ICC. 2.When we awoke in the morning the carpet was soaking wet under window so all our belongs were wet except what was in the wardrobe and the response to this at reception was “sorry for the inconvenience “

The view of harbour was lovely, the room and property perhaps in need of renovation. My dinner meal was given to another customer by mistake no big deal but took a long time have another meal provided!

The staff at the motel were polite and kind. I love its closeness to everything. Easy to find my way there and everything in walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful, Only one thing I had not realised when I booked was that there was no microwave in the room.
