Location is everything with this place. Very convenient in between Darling Harbour and Pitt St. Mall. Clean and modern. Friendly service. We'll be back to stay again.

Mixed reviews on this property. Staff are great in particular the bar staff who design a new cocktail each month. Can not fault the bar, design, seating, service and drinks. The rest of the building.. starting to date. Thin walls. Evidence of mould on roof. Water leak in Gym. I suspect this has to do with the way the building was made as opposed to the business. Unsure I would stay here again as one night I was kept up from 1 am - 4:30 am when I had to wake up at 5 am. Noise was from another room. Better insulation and sound proofing would have prevented this issue. Definitely better places to get a good nights sleep. I do want to add staff were lovely.

never stayed in sydney and randomly chose this place and i couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay here. the best ever!!

I like that there was a train station below the hotel. I didn’t like the parking option. I liked the room but I didn’t like climbing over my partner to get out of bed. I liked the bathroom, the bed, facilities around the hotel, the ease of checking in and out but I didn’t like walking into the hotel to see a sign directing me to another floor to check in. All in all it was a great place that I would stay in again but you may think differently.
