What upset me was the Reservation Officer (Female) who completely ignored me when i checked in whilst scrolling on her phone. The second issue was when I booked on your website for the night saying the 2.4.24, the room rate was $224 approx. plus breakfast $25 plus taxes. When i went to have breakfast they said they had no record of me paying for breakfast. I chatted to you online and confirmed the same thing. I am adamant that that i had Breakfast added on to the room charge despite Novatel or Wofit having no record of it.

The staff at reception are lovely, greeted well and very accomodating. The room is lovely and spacious and we were fortunate enough to have a balcony room which was a fabulous addition. The bedding was very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. I did find the in room information lacking, I wasn't sure what the hotel had to offer and the room service menu was very limited. We wanted to see a menu for the dining room and found that the in room scan code only offered a write up and picture gallery. Unfortunately, I found a couple of the bar staff to be rude and it wasn't great having laudry and rubbish in the hallway majority of the time, the house keeping staff should be provided with a trolley to collect these items rather than left in the hallway. The hotel location is fantastic and extremely central to all forms of transport, ammenties and attractions.

Reasonably priced versus other hotels in the city. The reception service was excellent plus it was clean throughout. The windows rattled at night due to a train below but wasn't that bad I suppose. Parking very very tight for a regular car - can't imagine you could fit a Prado or something big.

Very unsatisfactory. Is this a real Novotel, or some company using its name? For the price, this place was well below value. The television did not work. Local television was not able to be accessed. The advertisement for this place boasts 'satellite television'. The milk was past its use by date. We didn't find the room particularly clean. This is probably not the cleaners fault. I suspect too much is asked of them. Is this a real Novotel?

Great location right near Wynyard Station. Rooms are on the smallish side but fine for 2. I paid a premium because it was Taylor Swift weekend in Sydney so can’t comment on value for money during normal times. Staff were so friendly and helpful - and my room was ready when I arrived at 10am! Would recommend.
