It is wonderful to hear that you had such a pleasant experience here enjoying the apartment and spectacular view from its own private balcony. It is unfortunate to hear that you had a few issues encountered during your stay from Maintenance. We will follow these up with our maintenance manager so we can be assured they are rectified immediately. We also thank you for the feedback at the instruction on how to operate appliances. We are working to create a thorough and easy-to-understand guide with different models of appliances in our guest rooms, and we expect it to be completed in near future. In regards to gluten free options in our Q Dining, we will work on this aspect to consider more options in the menu for our guest’s better experience at the restaurant.
