Unimpressive Stay and Services
The hotel is conveniently located in XMD. However the guest service is no longer warm and friendly. Check-in is strictly at 3pm, with no flexibility even at 2:30pm. There is no room service and not even ice provided. The staff asked me to purchase from the nearest 7-11. Housekeeping was good and friendly but the bed was super tough. There are hotels with better services elsewhere.

Very convenient. Below hotel there are a few MRT stn exit. Next to Xinminding shopping area. Hotel Breakfast too crowded as there is only 2 coffee machines with hundreds of guests eating at the same time even though they open the basement area, there is no coffee dispenser at all.
