Checked in on time, a plus. Got to the room to find the air conditioner was not even as cool as the outside temp, even turned it off for 1/2 hour and tried again . Had to leave the door open to get it un stickey and down to mid 70's with the bathroom fan running. No good. Land line phone totally dead. Charging block on desk ..all ports dead so had to charge my phone in the vehicle. Bed sounded like some springs would wake up the ones sleeping in the next room if I moved around. And smelled like someone took a dump in the room and didn't spray before I arrived. I shouldn't have to try and remedy things like this being in maintenance myself. But they didn't work. Did not see any bugs. Still not cool and.. Not for me.

The entire hotel was absolutely disgusting, sand all over both beds, roaches in the shower, and especially rude staff the manager Carlos and the rest of his staff have no clue how to run a nice hotel, they were exceptionally rude, the hotel had no Wi-Fi no mobile check in no gym and the free breakfast was cereal all of which are listed on their website when I had asked about the quality of the room they forced me out and refused to refund my money even though I did not stay there for even 24 hours I had to book a completely different hotel due to their mistakes. They made me sit and wait 12 hours to check in with my child.

When I went to check in I saw a sign. No internet. It has been down for a couple of week. No word to me at all. Phones were also not working in rooms. Asked for a refund and had to go elsewhere. Was told there were working on the place

There is nothing positive to say. The room was filthy: dirty carpet, black dirt (mold?) around fixtures in bathroom; hand prints on front door. Was promised a smoke-free room and smoke permeated the air. The room was last decorated in the 1970s. There was no WiFi. I was afraid to let my bare feet touch the floor. Ugh.

Read this before you book
11PM check in. Desk clerk indicated that she couldn't check me in ..as she had to deliver additional towels to a hotel room. Think about this....a paying customer at the desk...put on hold..for about 15 minutes so that she could deliver MORE towels. The desk clerk absolutely had no training..or perhaps couldn't care less about a paying customer. I have stayed here before when no other hotels in the area are available. Usually have the same opinion.."wish I never have to stay here again"
