Nice enough hotel, however my whole experience was ruined due to terrible room allocation. I was placed in a room/floor absolutely surrounded by school students who were incredibly loud and annoying, running and stomping through the hallways, knocking on each others doors for hours on end. I was woken up at 5am by multiple alarms that rang and vibrated for several minutes. After 30 minutes of trying to ignore it I called reception and politely requested they address it. Nothing was done, if anything it then got worse for the next 30 minutes. All of these issues could have been avoided by just a little bit more thought and organisation of rooms. Incredibly disappointing, especially considering the home screen on the TV had looping videos of showing respect and being considerate while visiting Japan.

Nice Location
Very nice location for visiting Disney Land. (only take 20~30mins) It also has good facilities such as Lawson convenience store and big size sauna. The only weak point is no special restaurant near by hotel. strongly recommend who have a plan to visit Disney land.

Cleanliness: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Comfort: 5/5 Noise: 4/5 Overall: Location, Location, Location. It's the perfect location for Tokyo Disneyland, a quick train ride away. I'd stay here again. The extended review... Cleanliness: 5/5 - The linens and towels were clean which is all I can ask for. Service: 5/5 - Friendly staff who spoke some English which I appreciate. Comfort: 5/5 - A very comfortable room where I was able to get some good rest for a day at Disney. The rooms were a bit small but overall good for me. I LOVED the pillow and wanted to buy one but it's only sold online. Noise: 4/5 - Pretty darn quiet.

Big building so easy to find from the nearest station. A convenient store is attached properties and this place has a spa for guests. My first night was really odd. A fire alarm started around mid night and guest needed to evacuated outside after 12:30am. When I’m finally back to the room that was almost 1am. It was a false alarm, the hotel side said. From the first initial fire alarm and loud inside hotel announcement to the second hotel side directions, there was at least 30min or more of the wait time in own room. Many guests were already outside when the hotel side finally announced the evacuation. If that was a real fire… I think guests would be trapped. My room was tiny. I used the room for my business trip so I didn’t need a large space but I wish to have at least enough space to have my suitcase open somewhere, not on the bed but somewhere else. Bathroom, toilets are clean enough but I could tell they were old. The spa(onsen) was nice to have for relaxation. however, women side was always full of people. Especially after nine oclock till 2am. Lockers were all used and so did washing stations. I saw guests are lined up by the entrance to get a locker, washing stations, etc. I think girls love to have chatting at their locker also at dryer sections. Of course weak dryer air never satiated long hair girls. If you want to use spa, get ready by 7pm to beat the cloud. This hotel is big so they always have tourists busses.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Many amenities and the restaurant buffet served top notch food. Less than a 5 minute walk to the closest train station as well. I would stay here again.
