Luxurious hotel situated in a very convenient area
Pros:Staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with any queries we had throughout the stay. And the Bathroom in the room was amazing.
Cons:Given it's in the CBD area of Tokyo the lack of a smoking area was very inconvenient as you can't really smoke anywhere outside.
Location:Right next to Tokyo Station so you can really go anywhere. And just a few minutes walk from Ginza for some great shopping.
Arrived 3 hours early, the staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check-in our baggage so we didn't have to carry it around with us for 3 hours in Tokyo. Room was exceptional, although it had a very business feel to it the room still managed to be very welcoming and comfortable. Awesome end to our Japan trip, would definitely book again.

On the other hand, sorry to hear that the neighborhood does not provide the adequate smoking area. The Chiyoda-ward has strict non-smoking rule in the public areas however we do have an allocation of smoking rooms as well as a public smoking area in the building. central clean and close to public transport
We stayed here to enjoy the sights of Tokyo, it was a great central location, our tour guides also picked us up from here, the facilities were great after travelling for 10 days being able to wash some clothes . The staff were friendly d helpful. We loved our stay.

Location:less than 5 minutes to Tokyo Station - so easy access to anywhere in Tokyo and the shinkansen
5 minutes walk to Imperial Palace and Ginza
Oakwood was very close to Tokyo Station, less than 5 minutes, making it a great place to stay after we traveled up on the Shinkansen with our luggage. It is within easy walking distance of the Ginza and Imperial Palace, and being so close to Tokyo Station was perfect for getting around Tokyo. The room was large, huge bathroom and also including a kitchen and WASHING MACHINE facilities. Also access to many english speaking TV stations to help catch up on news whilst abroad. The rooms were extremely quiet. The only complaint I would have was the lack of twin bed availability ( maybe just sold out on our day but I do not recall it being an option). The staff were fantastic, very attentive, helpful and friendly, excellent english from every staff member. I would absolutely stay here again on any trip to Tokyo and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone on their way to Tokyo.

Excellent stay and excellent hotel, just a shame that Internet isn't included noting that it's not exactly a cheap place to stay!
