We booked for 2 adults and 1 child (7), WOTIF gave us the options, what we didn't realise was that the room had 1 queen bed, so we didn't fit. Thankfully the staff where understanding and we agreed on a comprise. Disappointed in WOTIF but the staff excelled.

Very friendly and prompt staff, they were very courteous and helpful , my luggage delivery got delayed from Osaka - hotel concierge was very helpful and assisted us by following up and ensuring the luggage arrived on time. Only downside is : it is an old hotel and very far from the city.

Book this hotel

Needed emergency acc due to flight cancellation. Close to narita airport. Free shuttle service to airport and local shopping mall Sports bar was great Food was great Service was great Really impressed with Raddison.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Shuffle bus from airport and bus direct from hotel to Tokyo station
Only there one night but happy with service and comfort

Enjoyable. Be aware, though, that Shuttle bus to airport is not 24 hour.
