Nice staff for the most part... One was eager to not give me an answer when i asked about a baggage hold, told me to call back and speak to the next employee... Also, i paid for a king bed... They just put 2 twins together, i felt the gap between them and my feet hung over the edge... Needs more cleaning, vents were caked in dust.... 3.5/5

Very good value, but needs some tweaks.
The location is very good, close to transportation, stores and restaurants, but it could definitely use some work. The bed was very hard. A nice pillowtop matress cover could solve that problem. There was no lid on the toilet which was unsanitary and just icky. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower on top of the empty soap dispenser in our room. The television is also not user friendly.The sound would go out and it was hard to navigate the channels. Good location, good value, just needs some upgrades and attention to cleanliness.
