This is our first time staying at this hotel and my girls loved it (ages 7 and 9). They liked the pool and the facilities and how close it was to the Aberdeen mall (it’s right across the street). Additionally, there are lots of restaurants and even a food court that’s connected. The rooms were clean and well maintained. One of the elevators was broken so that was somewhat inconvenient as everyone is then waiting for the one elevator (my husband had surgery on his knee so we couldn’t use the stairs).

The staff and service were excellent. It was quick and easy to arrange shuttle services to and from airport when the need unexpectedly arose. Check in/out staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. One elevator broken during our overnight stay, but didn’t create a problems for us. only complaint (minor) was the restaurant was closed early and wasn’t open for an early breakfast (we just grabbed food from airport instead). Overall, excellent stay for our overnight needs.
